Since 2016, BISSELL's "Empty the Shelters" event has helped over 140,000 pets receive a second chance, and now is your opportunity to be a part of this incredible event. This is the pawfect time to show your support for the pets and programs at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter all the while bringing home a new fluffy friend to join your pack!

Thanks to the BISSELL Pet Foundation, you can head to the Shelter and adopt a pet at a reduced fee!
